Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and greet every customer in a warmand friendly manner & deliver excellent customerservice at all times.

2. Identifycustomer needs through asking questions; confidently recommendappropriate products; recommend others products at every saleopportunity

3. Receive cash orpayment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts/bills against their purchase and provide professional cash pointservice.

4. Handle customercomplaints professionally and efficiently, in line with the companyafter sales policy, escalating to management ifnecessary.

5. Demonstrate andmaintain product knowledge, fashion trends, instore promotions atall times.  

6.Maintain clean and organized display, fitting rooms and stockareas.

7. Comply with all companypolicies and procedures including refund and exchange policy,security, health and safety policies etc.


8. Achieve monthly targetsand KPIs.
