MinimumRequirements:

• Theminimum requirements for this position are:
• Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering in abuilding services discipline;
• 15 years postqualification experience in Project Management;
• Minimum last 5 years Marine and Infrastructure backgroundas a Senior PM;
• Must have worked onInfrastructure and/or large retail projects as a PM from inceptionto completion;
• Project Management experiencewith a leading PMC;
• Contract administrationexperience is necessary;
• Middle Eastexperience required, preferably including UAE.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for at least the following areasand duties in your role:

• Manage andcoordinate the inputs of project stakeholders to ensure thesuccessful delivery of the project
• Coordinatethe building services design and execution between Engineering,Architectural and Civil/Structural disciplines;
• Initiating and managing building services designs to meetbudget;
• Apply quality management principlesand processes;
• Apply risk assessment andmanagement principles and processes;
• Providingstrategic planning advice in relation to the requirements forphasing of infrastructure works, the sequence of works and thenecessary authority approval processes;
• Managethe Design and Quantity Surveying teams to prepare the appropriatetender documentation for building services and infrastructure tradecontracts;
• Providing technical input for offerrequests and the awarding of infrastructuresubcontracts;
• In conjunction with the ProjectDirector and other Senior Project Managers, manage the tenderassessment, negotiation and award of infrastructurecontracts;
