KEY RESULTS AREAS(RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Conducts sitevisits to ensure scope of work caters for all the projectrequirements and the readiness of the site for projectactivities
• Prepares initial project plan,review with all stakeholders, verify, amend and issue a finalproject plan
• Attends kick-off meetings withclients/consultants and contractors as required
• Project execution which covers installation, managingstaff team (technicians and engineers), coordinating withstakeholders to ensure timely availability of hardware andsoftware
• JPM will be fully responsible for alltesting, commissioning, corrections phase, inspection and finalcertification activities
• Reports to the SPM ofthe team he belongs to, on project progress and on any requiredintervention to resolve problems with suppliers, contractors and/orclient
• Reports project data toDirector’s as and when required.
• Communicates with the client on any updates and progressand on any variation orders
• Works withcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensurereadiness of the site for execution of project(installation)
• Manages PE towards actualimplementation at site and oversee, through the PE, the work ofsenior technicians, general technicians and occasionallylabor/production employees.
• Trains techniciansand client personnel on using the system
• Provides after-sales service and support to clientemployees

EDUCATION

• Diploma or Bachelors of Electrical &Electronics or Electronics and telecommunication or a general ITdegree.
• Certification– PMP, CiscoCCNA, CCNP, BCNE, CCTV (Milestone, Genetec, etc.), ACS (LENEL,KERISYS, PAXTON), Biometrics, Barriers, Bollards, Road blocker,Spike bumps, ANPR, etc.

WORKEXPERIENCE

• 5 -7 years where she/ heis exposed to all security systems.
• GoodProject Management skills
• Good peoplemanagement skills
