JOBDESCRIPTION

• FemaleSales Administration Assistant, Bilingual, fluent in French andEnglish, to support the Sales team,
• capable ofpreparing sales proposals, agreements, liaise with freightForwarders,
• participate in Logistics,coordinate with Sales, Operations, Technical and Legaldepartments,
• solve problems in a friendlymanner; Interface, manage and retain Clients.
• Support in preparation for meeting, trade shows and salespromotional events; maintenance of social media and companyweb-site, analyze Sales Data and generate Sales reports;
• Administer pricing and invoicing, Follow-up Credit andpayments records of active clients;
• Reportoverdue payments of customers to the Accounts in coordination withSales Executives
