- BSc. degree in Medicine,Pharmacy, Science, Agriculture
- Postgraduate studies in Management is preferable
- From 5 to 8 years of experience in sales with 2years in Managerial level
Directs sales force to achieve sales goals within theregion.
Periodically follow up on the executionof the sales plans and the achievement of targets and submitreports to the Sales Director.
Designs andrecommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term salesgoals.
Ensures proper sales coverage of eachterritory based on territory needs and the capability of the salesrepresentatives.
Evaluates and implementsappropriate new sales techniques to increase the region salesvolume.
Recommends service enhancements toimprove customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Monitors the preparation and routing of all salescontracts for the region.
Presents sales,revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to themanagement team.
Collects customer feedback andmarket research Oversees performance management of all sales teamand takes the appropriate corrective actions with under-performingsales staff.
Provides guidance regarding hiring,training, promotions, and disciplinary issues for salespersonnel.
Performs other related duties, asrequired.
