* Responsibilities andDuties

• Greet andwelcome all guests and take beverage and food orders in a promptand professional manner
• Be attentive toguest's needs
• Prepare food andbeverages for service to guests and present food according toestablished health and presentation standards
• Monitor guest behavior and guest alcohol consumption todetermine when alcohol service to the guest should cease; notifymanagement of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption orimpaired condition of guests; check identification whenever the ageof a guest requesting an alcoholic beverage service isquestionable
• Clear and clean tables in aprompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs,walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary
• Perform department/outlet opening or closing duties asrequired. Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintainedthroughout shift
• Follow hotel safety protocolsand procedures at all times. Immediately report any safety/serviceincident
