  • Engage with the leadership teams of MENATI Region anddrive a sense of shared accountability and continuous improvementin the HSE and Quality performance and culture by integrating HSEand Quality in business decisions, management system and everythingthey do
  • Define and drive a clear, compellingand effective regional strategy to improve quality and on timedelivery of services (such as repair, field services and deliveryof parts) that we deliver to our customers
  • Drive a compelling sense of urgency across the region toidentify HSE and Quality risks associated with operations, reduceand manage them
  • Partner with the operatingbusiness unit teams that are responsible to deliver equipment andparts to installation and service sites and drive the same sense ofurgency in improving quality and timeliness
  • Inspire and lead a team of HSE and Quality professionals,set high expectations and take accountability for their overallperformance, their pace and urgency in implementing HSE and Qualityimprovements
  • Develop a high performing teamand an engaging work environment that promotes meritocracy,diversity and where everyone is welcome and encouraged to speak upand intervene
  • Identify, attract, retain andnurture key individuals with the critical capabilities needed bythe organization
  • Engage and cooperate with thebroader BHGE and TPS teams to deploy consistent practices andstandards globally and accelerate performance improvements in anon-traditional, non-conventional way
  • Take anactive and effective stance in representing the company in externalindustry or community events


  • Bachelor's degree from accrediteduniversity HSE science, Quality management, engineering orequivalent
  • At least 10 years of combinedexperience in operations, HSE, Quality and teams'leadership gained in an international environment and/ormultinational company
  • Travel up to 35% ofher/his time
  • Ability to coach and mentorexecutive leaders and help them drive cultural changes within theirorganizations
  • Proven skills in interfacingeffectively with all levels of the organization, as well as outsideBHGE, including contractors, vendors, customers and regulatoryagencies
  • She/he is a team player, able tocreate an environment of trust within the team and with the broaderorganization
  • She/He is always ready andwilling to provide and receive feedback to inspire others, improveself and make our improvement programs more effective
  • She/he is a critical thinker, and always seeks forrelevant information and intelligence, analyzes and interprets themto produce innovative solutions to problems

DesiredCharacteristics: o Master's degreein HSE sciences, Quality management, engineering

  • Experience gained in a project and servicesbusiness
  • Knowledge and practice of human andorganizational performance principles
