  • Manage MEA market eCommerce roll-outincluding new personalized user experiences
  • Escalate any major issue affecting conversion rate, newmember's activation or volume of online sales to relevantstakeholders
  • Manage development agency to planand execute eCommerce campaigns & upgrades, which aresuitable to MEA markets and consumer needs
  • Coordinate with Nespresso MEA agent-specific marketingand CRC teams to ensure site/s are fully optimized and appealing tovisitors

DevelopPeople and Organisation:

  • Establish the appropriate organization in line with theoperational plan (OP) and international guidelines
  • Recruit, develop, motivate and manage a team to deliversuperior performance and results
  • Manage andcomply with the HR and Line Manager's PlanningCycle
  • Manage the development and evolution ofthe eBusiness function in the Market/Region
  • Ensure local eBusiness functions trainingcapabilities


  • Apply alleChannel Nespresso guidelines at market/regional level
  • Ensure all legal terms & conditions are compliantwith local laws
  • Implement all action plansfollowing Market Assessments

Manage the e-Commerce ChannelsPerformance:

  • Managethe Channel performance vs Operational Plan
  • Manage the Channel Operational Plan/budget for themarket. Establish budget and monitor the costs


  • Strongexperience in eCommerce activities to track & enhance UX onwebsites
  • Strong experience in Website running(Content Management, eMerchandizing, A/B testing &personalisation)
  • Experience in buildingeBusiness operations (organization, processes,guidelines)
  • People management experience is amust, in leading and managing cross functional team
  • Stakeholder Management in a matrixorganization
