Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To develop and deliver structuredBIM models for projects within your discipline.
• To develop and maintain Revit content libraries throughcreation of families, etc.
• To provide guidanceand assistance with design projects to ensure they are setup andprogress optimally, and teams are using Revitappropriately.
• Demonstrate expertise inpreparation of 3D BIM models and construction documents using RevitArchitecture, Revit Structure or Revit MEP

For Revit MEP

• ModelingMechanical/Electrical systems, based on survey data, engineeringcalculations, specification sheets and other data
• Clash detection and coordination of all services in Revit& Navisworks  
• Revit contentcreation of Parametric families using formulae, nesting and typecatalogs
