They are currently looking for an HR& Admin Assistant to join our team and support theday-to-day activities of the Human Resources department. HR& Admin Assistant responsibilities include processingemployee data, updating company policies and assisting in thehiring process. To be successful in this role, you should havesolid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations runsmoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnelrecords like employment contracts and PTO requests
  • Update internal databases with new hireinformation
  • Create and distribute guidelinesand FAQ documents about company policies
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and workingdays
  • Publish and remove job ads
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates asneeded
  • Prepare reports and presentations onHR-related metrics like total number of hires bydepartment
  • Develop training and onboardingmaterial
  • Respond to employees'questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation daysthey're eligible for)
  • Maintainingphysical and digital personnel records like employment contractsand PTO request
  • Updating internal databaseswith new hire information
  • Creating anddistributing guidelines and FAQ documents about companypolicies

Requirements of HR& Admin Assistant
Qualifications &Experience

  • BSc in Human ResourcesManagement or relevant field
  • Work experienceas an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant orsimilar role
  • Knowledge of laborlegislation
  • Experience usingspreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
