Sell product by establishing contact anddeveloping relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.Maintain relationship with Clients by providing support,information and guidance. Researching and recommending newopportunities, profit and service improvements. Identify productimprovements or new products by remaining current on industrytrends, market activities and competitors. Prepare reports bycollecting, analyzing and summarizing information. Responsible forfull sales cycle engagement - pre to post sales. Act as aFacilitator for all queries and concerns from channel partners/hired Sales tem. Helping them to close deals by visiting customers.Provide information to management by preparing short term and longterm product sales forecast for better revenue growth. Collectingpayments from customers and updating CRM. Liaison with Operationsteam for all support related activities. Liaison with Productionteam for day to day updation in CRM. Liaison with HR for ConductingInterviews/ Hire/ Train new Sales Staff on regularbasis.
