• Jamf 300 certified professional
• Manage service availability and ensure Connectivity toidentity provider and Azure
• Manage Mac deviceenrollment payloads for DEP and BYOD scenarios
• Manage Application requirements including packaging andupdate execution
• Manage Patch requirementsincluding OS updates
• Creation and managementof smart groups to verify usage and compliance
• Patch and application distribution strategies includingdistribution points
• Support implementation ofIntune Azure mobile device and application management with SCCM,O365/Exchange hybrid environments.
• Create,edit or delete Azure Active Directory Dynamic user/Devicegroups
• Enroll mobile devices ( IOS, Windows& Android)
• Application Creation anddeployment / Assignment.
• Mobile ApplicationManagement, Device / Profile Management, ConditionalAccess
• Software Update deployment &management using Intune, Retire & Wipe devices
• Good understanding of the relationship between Azure ADand conditional access with regard to mobile device management inIntune, as well as MDM/MAM strategies, solutions andpolicies.
• Administer and configure windows,IOS & android devices for enterprise users
• Subject matter expert for apple IOS APN certificates aswell as apple device enrolment program.
• Working knowledge of Hybrid Join environment (Azure AD +Domain), Support Intune Device Enrolment (Autopilot &Manual).
• Create and Manage DeviceConfigurations policies complying with security policies forWindows, IOS & Android devices.
• Windows Hello For Business, Company Portal Branding,Manage and deploy optional and business applications &management policies through Intune apps deployment (MSI, Win32, andEXE's).
• Responsible for the resolutionof complete issues, quality, escalation, KB submission anddocumentation.
• Support daily Operationsrelated to Device and Applications management, Good knowledge ofAzure Information Protection and Windows InformationProtection.
• Good knowledge of Subscriptions,Windows and O365 licensing. Create, Maintain, Update &Deploy WIFI profiles.
• Create, Maintain, Update& Deploy Custom profiles & polices, Create,Maintain, Update & Deploy VPN profile. O365, OneDriveMicrosoft Teams & Skype for Business support.
• Good working knowledge of AppLocker management throughInTune. SCCM Integration with InTune, SCCM + Intune comanagementthrough InTune.
