Description:

KEY RESULTS AREAS(RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Support sales through preparing sales quotes and bids;receives PO from clients to log and commence projecttracking
• Operational planning for deployingall required manpower for the execution of jobs. Providesinstruction on project scope, timelines, locations and all relevantdetails.
• Arrange site visits beforecommencement of the job.
• Prepare the BOQ forissuance to project team for installation at site; Also peparesBoQ's for variation orders and maintenancecontracts
• Monitors progress of the project incollaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer; thisnormally covers progress of work, manpower usage and cost, materialusage and cost
• Actual sourcing and procurementactivities for the project covering technical and non-technicalmaterial for the project.
• Handles logistics -Coordination with the freight forwarder & supplier inreceiving and dispatching of materials. Prepares all thedocumentation for import/export.
• Coordinateswith necessary work permits associated to the project.
• Prepares final documentation for final hand over andcompletion certificates
• Support sales inpreparing Maintenance projects through pricing of the job, followup on execution of maintenance contracts with the client andafter-sales support
• Logging, assigningengineers and filing for all suppliers and customers requests andcomplaints

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAEpreferably in a similar role
• Good oral andwritten communication skills
