Job Role: Business Development Support -Investment Consulting
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Request for Proposal (RfP)writing and preparing client ready deliverable material in PPT, Docand Excel
- Preparation of sales decks andpresentation materials
- Responsible for day today management of sales support activities for the sales teamincluding providing performance data for fiduciary clients,answering client queries on products and other sales relatedmatters
- Work closely on sales to facilitateclient relationships and account management
- Coordinate and partner closely with different internaldepartments, including legal, compliance, and operations teams toensure seamless sales operations
- Work closelywith Marketing team based in Dubai for new solutions and campaignlaunches as required
- Conduct marketing /industrial research
- Assist in drafting salesleaflets and flyers for clients as required (withMarketing)
- Perform competitive analysis onMercer's value proposition
Knowledge/experience:
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications. Advanced PowerPoint skills are highlydesirable
- At least 3 years' relevantexperience in investment management industry ideally in MENA regionand have a proven track record in institutional clientengagement
- Able to engage and communicate inArabic is highly desirable to help support building a strong clientrelationships and foster business partnerships.
- Sound knowledge in financial markets, mutual funds andfiduciary management
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills with ability to multi - task in a fast paceenvironment.
- Detailed minded, reliable andwell organized
- Mature and independent,self-motivated and a strong team player
- Academic qualification of Bachelor's degreelevel
