Job Role: Finance Manager

Job Purpose TheFinance Manager will be technically strong, having responsibilityfor bringing technical excellence, rigour, clarity and certainty toaccounting, balance sheets and all management information acrossthe ME finance team. They will be a strong team player withexperience of managing and developing staff, ensuring conflictingpressures and heavy workloads are managed appropriately. The rolewill report into the ME Finance Controller. Middle East experienceis essential, the candidate also needs to be fullyqualified.

Key SelectedAccountabilities Accounting

• Ensure accounting records are maintained up todate, accurately and reflecting the true (statutory) position,delivering balance sheet certainty. Including understanding andaccounting for contractual terms
• Ensureaccounting controls are in place, including control account andintercompany reconciliations with relevant action then beingtaken
• Focal point for annual audit
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies –both external reporting standards and internal policies
• Ensure cross-border trading risks are attended to andmitigated
