• To generate new leads and grow our currentcustomer base within Dubai and Northern Region.
• Applications & Solutions to be Concentrated:Pontoons, Marine Applications, Landscaping Companies, Floorraising, EIFS & Insulation Application, Exterior,Decorative applications
• Identify and explorenew sales opportunities with existing and potentialcustomers.
• Bring/Introduce new leads fromyour existing customer database.
• Generatesales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targetswith a prime focus for Project-Based Sales.
•Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepareregular forecasts to enable effective planning for the constantimprovement of sales.
• Conduct continuousresearch on the target market and finding the companies totarget.
• Reach the sales target with a timeperiod of 3 months.
• Deliver a skilled salespitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, to secureupcoming sales/projects.
• The show continuesto progress towards reaching the targets and KPI’s set bythe Sales Manager/Director.
• Maintain stablerelationships with key customers, suppliers and other relevantsubjects to ensure maximum sales.
• Solvecustomer’s compliance by monitoring service levelagreements (SLA’s), customer complaints, inquiries, andany other related customer issues.
• Submitdaily reports to provide continuous updates to themanagement.
• Develop technical and salesskills to improve the knowledge and adapt the services and productsby the company in a timely manner.
• Performother duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill the jobfunction or as assigned.

Requirements
