Job Description
- Carry outgeneral office clerk work
- Make sure officeequipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Assist in scanning and photocopying documents
- Required to clean and organize the office on a dailybasis
- Run office errands as may berequired
- Prepare tea and coffee for the officestaff members
- Prepare and serve refreshmentsto visitors if necessary
- Check office suppliesand inform the management of the required items in time
- Any other assigned task
Requirements:
- Good English communication and writtenskills
- Must have High school and CollegeDiploma
- Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook,and Excel)
- Ability to listen and followinstructions
- Must be proactive andhardworking
- Experience as an office girl(Preferred)
- Filipina Candidates(Preferred)
