Key Responsibilities

1- Project control and communication

• Early engagement to help with pre-kick off study in SOCpromotion stage to OEMs and Telcos.
• Seek tounderstand customer requirements and MediaTek’scompliance to them, and where necessary communicate thoserequirements to HQ teams.
• Provide experttechnical consultancy in customer interactions such as workshops,chipset RFQs and new project kick-off discussions.

2- Field and Remote Customer Technical Support(MEA region)

• Be the first line oftechnical support to MediaTek’s existing connectivitycustomers (both directly where solutions designed in-house and/orvia ODMs)
• Understand the technical queries andissues and provide the initial analysis and recommendations to HQtechnical support teams to ensure timely resolution
