JobSummary:

Operate machine operations to ensurequality and conformity of filled or packaged products tostandards.

KeyResponsibilities:

·      Observe and Operate machine operations to ensure quality andconformity of filled or packaged products to standards.

·      Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressureaccording to size or processing angle of product.

·      Tend or operate a machine that packages products.

·      Remove finished packaged items from machines and separate rejecteditems.

·      Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.

·      Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams,and report malfunctions to a supervisor.

Operating Skills

·      Preference for multiple skills on each machine and experience onKHS, Krones, or Ocme Filling line.

JobRequirements

Qualifications: I.T.I. Or 2 y certificate in Mechanical, Electrical orInstrumentation

Competencies:

·      3 Years + Experience in filling machine operations particularly inmachines such as KHS, Krones, or Ocme, Filling line.
