The Role
The ideal DTL will be hands-on, strong personality withstrong execution and excellent communication skills. In addition,the DTL needs to establish himself / herself as a strategic partnerto management, providing insights and direction on the strategicchange / digital agenda.

Keyaccountabilities

• LeadProject Management Office and work with teams across functionalunits on various projects
• Manage systemintegrators' delivery, project management and qualityassurance
• Define, scope and lead applicablechange projects, undertaking all aspects of the planning processand maintain and manage detailed plans throughout the projectlifecycle
• Identify key strategic opportunitiesto improve overall enterprise architecture

Keyprerequisites

• Strongstrategic thinker with experience in developing Digital and ITstrategy
• 9+ years of Management Consulting ina top tier consulting firm
• Excellent knowledgeof program management, supporting the creation of detailed plansincluding key activities and milestones
• Experience in Big Data, Analytics andBlockchain
• Understands agile and LEANprinciples and process re-engineering
• Demonstrates strong execution capabilities
• Exhibits good understanding of processes in financialservices industry, particularly in brokerage/ investment bankingand investment management
• Professional projectmanagement certifications (PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner)
• Experience in post-merger integration
• Exceptional communication skills
