Responsible for facilitating humanresources processes.

Acting as a liaison betweenemployees and insurance providers.
The candidate shouldalso resolve benefits-related problems.
Ensuring theeffective utilization of plans related to HR programs andservices.
Administering health and welfare plans,including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Answering employee requests and questions.
Assistingwith new employee hiring processes.
Reconcilingbenefits statements and conducting audits of payroll, benefits andother HR programs.
Should also assist with theperformance review and terminationprocesses.
