QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:



 

• Proven SAP Production Planning and Qualitymanagement experience
• Should worked in thecapacity of a functional consultant to complete end to endlife-cycle implementation of the PP & QM module (at least 3end to end implementation) or Worked as a PP & QMconsultant for at least 7 years in Application maintenance andSupport project.
• Good understanding ofPP-Master Data, MRP. Planning Strategies (MTS.MTO), Execution,Scheduling, Batch Management, Serial Number Profile etc.
• Well conversant in setting up PP master data in MaterialMaster, BOM, Resource/Work Center, Recipe/Routing, Product onVersion, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue etc.
• Should have a work experience with PP-Pl.
• Should have understanding in cross module integrationlike PP-QM, PP-CO. PP-MM.
• LTP and SOP will bean added advantage.
• Familiar with SafetyStock, reorder points and MRP Related Configuration.
• Conversant in different types of Inspection Type,Inspection plan, Quality Stock, Movement types etc.
• Familiar in Result Recording.
• Usagedecision. Quality info record. Quality Certificate and Qualitynotification.
• Knowledge on PM + PLM +APO/IBP

• Must have skillset: SAPPP with exposure to SAP QM and SAP PM
• Good tohave skillset: Transition management
• Need awell experienced (12+ yrs) person who has experience
• Should have good communication skills, ability toco-ordinate will multiple technical teams and Businessteams
• .net technologies background (Portals& Sharepoint, Biztalk knowledge is bonus)
• Present status reports to Customer management
• Knowledge of Insurance domain
• Goodinterpersonal skills
