Monitorall executive floor executives to ensure maximumguest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordialattention from arrival through departure.
Reviewarrival list for all arrivals and VIPs to checkroom allocations, amenities and specialrequests.
Prepare Room revenueand occupancy forecast take action onrate strategies.
Is involved in recruitment of newteam members for front office.
Ensures thatall front desk employees are well presented(uniforms, personal hygiene etc), and alsopunctual.
