Job Role: Head of Product

Key responsibilities: 

• Own key areas of the ecosystem and develop the productvision and strategy based on market intelligence, customer insightsand inputs from key stakeholders
  • Provideinsights through Design Thinking and other User Centered Designframeworks to represent the voice of the user in key strategicdiscussions
  • Build,manage and maintain the product roadmap and feature set
  • Leverage data analytics andcustomer needs in order to maximize user engagement

Skillsrequired: 

• Bachelors degreeand 8+ years experience in a product management role(web,mobile,app)
• 3+ years experience in aleadership role
• Experience in ProjectManagement, Systems Architecture and Product Ownership is amust
• Superior interpersonal and communicationskills, both verbal andwritten.   The ability to work acrossmultiple teams to, align goals and deliverables and drive overallsuccess independent of organisational boundaries
• Experience managing new, complex technology from conceptthrough production
