Job Role: Telesales Executive

We are hiring Telesales Executive in Sharjah, UAE with ourclient  

KeyResponsibilities:
We are looking forspeakers in Arabic or Hindi or Tagalog 
 

• Resolve product orservice problems by clarifying the customer's queries;determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining thebest solution to solve the problem; following up to ensureresolution.
• Ensure the product (as per thecampaign) is clearly explained to the prospective customer by theagents.
• Retaining the customers who arecalling for policy cancellation.
• Be fullyaware of the product features and benefits.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing relatedresults as needed.
• Completing the serviceemails that are assigned within the TAT.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by usingthe right methods and tools.
• Handlingcomplaints received via phone, email, mail or social media, provideappropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits andfollow up to ensure resolution
• Maintainrecords of customer interactions on excel files.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies andprocedural guidelines.
