Job Purpose

-Prepares and serves products in the Meat/ Fish/ Pork Butcherysection as per standards of display, maintenance and orderlinessand achieve sales, shrinkage and stock level targets.
-To provide excellent direct and indirect customer service tocustomers at the Butchery section

-Understanding of section sales, inventory and shrinkagetarget
- Planning and ordering stock
-Avoiding expiry and manage short-expiry stock
-Preparation of meat, merchandising and storing
-Customer service
- Hygiene and sanitation

- Shouldbe able and ready to work under pressure, for extended hours basedon the business requirement with utmost integrity andreliability.
