What you willdo:
- Achieves monthlyBoutique turnover and KPI targets
- Sets monthlyobjectives for all Sales Associate and motivates the team on adaily basis
- Completes daily and monthlyreporting to analyze business trends and needs
- Is responsible for the overall training and developmentof Sales Associates and reviews their performances (coaching, oneto one)
- Holds briefings to insure consistentcommunication and information level
- Upholdscompany’s customer service standards
- Is responsible for developing the customer database,recruit new clients and build loyalty with repeaters
- Proposes local activation opportunities and developsexternal relationships to ensure maximal exposure, increase trafficand boost sales
- Manages Boutique Stock,reviews stock levels and communicates product needs
- Is responsible for the Boutique administration (cashflow, shipments, repairs, security)
- Insuresteam understanding and adherence to policies andprocedures
- Insures that all visual directivesare respected and executed (cleanness, merchandising, teamgrooming)
- Represents the Brand inside andoutside of the Boutique
