CHIEF FINANCIALOFFICER The Profile: The incumbent will beresponsible for leading and strategically directing all aspects ofthe group's Finance function, guide the management oninvestments, governance and investment structuring You will alsoassist the management in the development of growth plans andoversee key processes in the finance and accounting departmentProvide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reportsand financial trends in order to assist ownership and other seniorexecutives in performing their responsibilities Manage theportfolio of investments and identify opportunities for newinvestments and provide recommendations to the Board. Supervise allaspects of M&A ,AM due-diligence & negotiations ThePerson: The incumbent must have hands-on experience in the capacityof a CFO with a holding firm in the UAE, background within theInvestments sector Ideally be based in the UAE leading double digitgrowth Preferably of Asian origin with excellent communicationCPA/CMA, Master's Degree (MA) or equivalent in Finance orsimilar discipline Must have exceptional presentation skills,aggressive track record in turning around businesses and excellentleadership skills
