We are looking for a dynamic professionalDirector of Talent Management to join our team at Moment Makers.Always open to inspiration with your finger on the pulse, you arean entertainment professional, from a hospitality, live events,music or media background, comfortable operating at a seniormanagerial level with a proven track record and experience workingacross projects incorporating all spectrums of talent. You arecomfortable working with a diverse selection of talent, fromgrassroots to A list celebrities, global and iconic musicalartists. The main responsibilities of the role include: - Secureand handle 18 Headline Talent (HLT) from global and regionalmarkets to plan and deliver the show concepts for each talent withthe creative team; - Liaise directly with connected experiencesteam to deliver robust marketing and communications plan incollaborations with artist’s team; - Responsible forcurated experiences, design, mapping and management of personalizedjourney planning of all talent and key guests through Expo; - Plan,manage and deliver the Musical Encounters programme design forartist engagement with HLT talent at the Expo Music Studiothroughout the 6 months period; - Oversee the value stream toensure operational excellence, engagement from suppliers andproject delivery improvements are achieved; - Responsible for allcontracting, budgeting and project planning of the strategicresponsibilities and programs including but not limited to HLTProgramming, Musical Encounters and Curated Experiences; - Managingthe talent management and curated experiences teams to deliver onall relevant and assigned programs; - Embed the culture and visionof Expo 2020 into the talent team and function through performancemanagement, feedback and coaching. Job DetailsPosted    Job Location: Dubai, United ArabEmirates Job Role: Other Company Industry: Other Business SupportServices Preferred Candidate Degree: Bachelor'sdegree
