Job Role: IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
- Providing first level of IT support in allareas for a smooth running of day to day activities depended ontechnology & office automation
- Help desk activities Installation, Configuration,maintenance of desktop, Laptops OS & software and otheraccounting office applications.
- Support& troubleshooting for desktop software such MSOffice(Word,Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Adobe Products, Winzip, Anti virus,custom application ( tally, Quickbook)....Etc,
- Hardware support which consist of printer, scanners, pc& other office automation devices, IP Phones, Maintainingthe help desk ticket, escalating issued to higher support level ifneeded.
- Installation & MaintenanceInstalling, upgrading & patch management of varioussoftware & hardware @ user level, Support for laptops,PDAs, Network First level support to network issues which includeTCP configuration @ desktop level.(switches, Routers, firewall,wireless)
- Servers & Storage: Firstlevel support of Active directory, email Services, Antivirus& file Servers. IPT: First level support for IP telephonysystem (creating deleting and configuring extension)
- Troubleshooting & Vendor support: Contactingvendors for 3rd level support for warranty & AMC coveredproducts.
- Inventory: Maintaining hardware& software inventory
- Salary:AED5,000.00 to AED7,000.00 /month
- Experience:IT Support: 1 year (Preferred)
