Responsibilities:

• Recruit and retain Emirati talent.
• To carry out assigned tasks with the HR strategy to theagreed standard of performance.
• To ensure thatall HR issues relating to the employment of UAE Nationals areraised & brought to the fore and discussed with themanagement.
• To ensure that allpolicies/procedures relating to Emiratisation are documented,approved by management and communicated across the organizationaccordingly.
• To ensure that relationships aredeveloped and maintained with all local Government bodiessupporting Emiratisation so relationships can be leveraged to theadvantage of the organization.
• To promote theorganization through local networks and establishments e.g.universities.
• To implement and monitor on amonthly basis all stats & reports relating to therecruitment of UAE Nationals.
• Handle andarrange the necessary paperwork and follow-ups with the GeneralPension & Social Security Authority with respect to theemployed UAE Nationals.

Requirements:

• Current jobtitle must be Emiratisation Manager in an Oil and Gascompany.
• At least 4 years'experience
• Excellent English and ArabicCommunication Skills
