Your Role:

Responsible for attending end to end process for catering to theinsurance claims received from clients including liaising with lossadjusters, insurers, reinsurers, clients and other stakeholders fordocumenting the interactions for the same and for supportinginitiatives for enhancing client satisfaction and retention

Interact with clients, insurers, reinsurers forthe seamless processing of claims. Ensure robust documentation ofprocess and maintenance of records and provide MI updates to theBoard on a monthly basis.

Process all classes ofcommercial claims in an efficient and timely manner to achieveprompt resolution and settlement by working closely with insurersand loss adjusters.

Maintain confidentiality ofall the information related to policy and claim of theclient.

Build professional relationships withclient, insurers, reinsurers, loss adjusters andcolleagues
