Job Role: Senior Data Scientist (EmiratiOnly)

Strategic

• Contribute to the development of the IT strategicobjectives and plan by compiling inputs and feedback
• Contribute to the implementation of the operational planfor the Division in line with the overall support servicesstrategy
• Assist in the periodic review ofexisting IT policies and procedures to achieve operationalefficiency

Operational

• Collaborate withstakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunitiesfor leveraging data to drive business solutions
• Conduct analysis on structured and unstructured data todrive optimization and improvement of product development,operation techniques and business strategies
• Conduct assessment as to the effectiveness and accuracyof new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply todata sets
• Use predictive modeling to increaseand optimize customer experiences and costs
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implementand monitor KPIs and dashboards
• Developprocesses and tools to monitor and analyze model performance anddata accuracy
• Maintain professional andtechnical knowledge by reviewing professional publications,establishing personal networks and participating in professionalsocieties
• Support team members and colleaguesto adopt changes and comply with any changes in policy andprocedure
• Participate in implementing thepolicies and procedures applicable to the section
• Work closely with the team to gather of data to supportthe preparation of reports periodically and as requested
• Report any operational risks and roadblocks to theachievement of section objectives and targets
• Implement frameworks, processes and requirements enforcedby Abu Dhabi government
