Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Operate telephoneswitchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providinginformation, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
o Receive payment andrecord receipts for services.
o Hear and resolve complaintsfrom customers .
o Filing and maintainrecords
o Transmit information ordocuments to customers, using computer,
o Scheduling appointments,and maintain and update appointment calendars.
o Analyze data to determineanswers to questions from customers or members of the public.
o Keep a current recordof staff member's whereabouts and availability
o Collect, sort, distributeand prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
o Process and prepare memos,correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents
o Arrange conferences,meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
o Perform duties such astaking care of plants and straightening magazines to maintain lobbyor reception area. Job Requirements andQualifications :
o Bachelor's degreebusiness administration or a related field.
o Certificates: CustomerService Certificate.
o Experience: Fresh or 1 yearof experience .
o Language : Excellentwritten and spoken English
o Computer : Ability to useMicrosoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel andemail.
