Job Role: Gym & Sports ServiceEngineer (Male)

Job Description

• Responsible forensuring that all relevant Company policies
• Responsible for the management and allocation ofinduction slots and any other specific information required on theGym/Sports facilities
• Personally conductmember inductions
• Maintain all gym equipmentrecording all defects in the maintenance file and calling out therelevant engineers when required.
• Deal with prospectsin a professional manner whilst showing them the facilities andassisting them with theonline joining process.
• Deliver outstandingcustomer service at all times to both members andprospects.
• Manage the maintenance contractwithin budgetary constraints.
• Full technicalunderstanding to all company's brands and record alldefects that you are not able to rectify, in the maintenance fileand call out the relevant engineers.
• TechnicalVetting for proposals, Contracts, spare parts
• The selling of any service contracts or others
• To undertake any other reasonable duties/ projects/meetings, which may be required from time to time.
• UAE Driving Licence
• Good command ofEnglish language
