• Manage alloperations in the hypermarket
• Evaluate thedaily, weekly as well as monthly sales figures to ensure branchprofitability
• Maintain proper records of goodsand make sure is no stock out
• Handle customercomplaints
• Ensure compliance with all health,safety as well as legal requirements
• Maintainthe safety and security of staff as well as customers
• Make sure the premises and service levels are maintainedto company standards
• Liaise with suppliers toensure appropriate products are received
• Assist in promoting the brand
• Makesure new stock is ordered and received in time
• Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting as well astraining employees

Job Qualifications andExperience

• Shouldpreferably hold a Degree in Business Management or BusinessAdministration
• At least 2+ years of experiencein managing hypermarkets or supermarket operations
• Good leadership and management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer serviceskills
• Should be a target orientedperson
• Male candidates from Asian countriesare required
