Job Duties:
• Teaches materialfrom approved curriculum and develops daily lesson plans to includeinstructional aids
• Motivates studentsto actively participate in all aspects of the educationalprocess
• Exceptionalclassroom management skills; must be able to present in a clear andengaging way to both the novice and advancedstudents. Requirements:
• At least have oneof the following Adobe certifications: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe After effects, Adobe Primer but ACI are a plus.
• College degree orcomparable real world experience
• A minimum of 2- 4+years instructing in a classroom or training center environmentpreferred
• Experiencedelivering training to corporate developers and ITprofessionals
• High levelunderstanding of Microsoft technical products andtechnologies
• Excellentcommunication, presentation and people skills
• Ability to workunder pressure and thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment.
