Job Role: Chief InformationOfficer

The CIO will be accountable forEnterprise IT; Digital transformations; Infrastructure and SecurityServices; Provide thought leadership & guidance to thebusiness team; leveraging technology to enable competitiveadvantage; Own and drive the Digital transformationstrategy

Responsibilities:

• Sets the vision, strategy and roadmap for use of IT inthe region.
• Own, manage and drive deploymentof IT platforms. Partner with business stakeholders to ensuresuccessful adoption and realization of value to thebusiness
• Responsible to shape and driveend-to-end digital transformations across business, andimplementing innovative solutions for the company
• Responsible for leading digital transformationsresponsible for establishing business growth objectives, strategicplanning and implementing delivery of projects andproducts
• Manage and lead the delivery of abroad range of IT strategy and multiple technical advisoryengagements
• Responsible to deliver aneCommerce experience for all our customers
• Responsible for implementing customer experience ledomni-channel transformation across businesses
• Possess deep understanding of trends and strategies foridentifying solutions to meet
• business,financial and technical objectives
• Identifyand Leverage approaches, appropriate tools andmethodologies
• Identify, develop and documentissues, perform analysis, draw conclusions and formulate strategicrecommendations
• Drive the aggressiveretirement of legacy platforms and transition to strategicglobal
• platforms
• Developspeer, cross-functional and cross-region business relationships tomaximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness
• Responsible for program budgets, resource allocation andplanning to ensure delivery of business benefits

Desired Experience:

• 15 years of experience in IT
• Strongexperience in digital transformation - at least have led 2company-wide large projects
• Experience insimilar industry
