Obtain all the requiredinformation concerning the property and undertake marketingactivities
Approximate the value of the property
Establish clients' needs and financials abilities andmake appropriate decisions
Assist in marketing andpromoting the property
Carry out comparative marketanalysis to estimate property value
Possess knowledgeof real estate markets as well as best practices
Handleproperty exchange procedures
Preserve and updatelistings of the available property
Introduce theproperty to clients using the appropriate methods
Generate draft offer letters and send them to the salesmanager
Any other task as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree inReal estate Management, Marketing or its equivalent
Atleast three years of experience in real estate within the UAE
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Should haveexperience dealing with government authorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills required
Only Arabic candidates are required to apply
Goodsales and negotiation skills required
Should be able towork well independently and deliver goodresults
