JobDescription:

• Champion the company sPolicies and Procedures to your assigned Accounts
• Communicate Governance, Contracts, Procurement andFinance policies, processes, procedures to internal team members asand when required
• Proactively identify andhighlight further opportunities for service and processimprovements
• Assist in updating the valuestream to ensure operational excellence, engagement from suppliersand project delivery improvements are achieved
• Manage the onboarding of Vendors
• Support Project leads in the research of vendors thatfacilitate the full scope and capability of the assigned FunctionalArea of C&P Department
• Oversee theonboarding of vendors based on the budgetary thresholds as definedby the business in conjunction with the SupportDepartments
• Organise the onboarding of anyappointed Freelancers as and when required
• Ensure all documentation and information related toassigned Projects must be completed and accurate before uploadingonto the ERP SAP system
• Project leads tosubmit full details and documents as requested to upload onto thesystem such as approved PID, Quotes, SoW, Approved budget lineitems

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree
• 4-6years project management experience in the eventsindustry
• Experience and understanding of localrules and regulations as it pertains to events
• UAE National with Family Book or Marsoom
