Construction Administration Manager

We are looking for an experiencedAdministration Managerto supervise daily administrative and operations of a construction company. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative and operational duties in different departments.
A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
The candidate shall have the capacity to evaluate all projects and ensure compliance to budgets for contract services and coordinate with project managers to review all projects and maintain estimates and track all invoices and work orders.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain track of all project schedule and ensure compliance to all timeframe and prepare an effective work schedule in coordination with engineers.
Monitor an effective construction quality control program and ensure compliance to all construction regulations and prepare required documents and establish quality of all construction work for all contracts.
Documents all construction activities and evaluate progress of all projects and monitor all ad hoc requests and participate in various construction progress meetings and maintain records for all construction procedures, drawings and all other related project documents.
Ensure compliance to all company safety requirements and monitor all projects from conceptualization to implementation and prepare reports for same and evaluate punch list for all project close out.
A Civil Engineer with 10 years experience as administration manager in a construction company
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
