    We are seeking motivated, dedicated, and driven Property Consultants to join our growing Off-plan Team and help us accomplish our Target.

    The ideal candidate must have strong and effective communication skills, Interpersonal skills, good knowledge of the industry, and a positive can-do attitude.

    What we are looking for:

    · Minimum of 1 year of experience in Off-Plan Dubai Real Estate or Sales/Bank Background

    · Excellent communication skills in English and additional language is a bonus

    · Strong negotiation and presentation skills

    · Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently

    · Must be ambitious and hardworking with strong work ethics

    · Able to bounce back from rejections, and solve problems creatively

    · Must have a UAE Driving License and own car.

    · Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    · Good at networking and building and maintaining professional relationships.

    · Punctual, optimistic, trustworthy, ambitious, and can-do attitude.

    What are the Agent's Responsibilities:

    • Contacting leads on time and qualifying their request.
    • Conducting meetings and Zoom calls with clients.
    • Providing clients with market analytics and offering the best suitable options.
    • Preparing investment portfolios for clients
    • Follow up with clients on a regular basis is a must
    • Concluding deals
    • Constantly developing sales knowledge and market trends
