    Job Title: System Integrator Lead
    Location: Dubai, UAE

    Job Dimension
    As the System Integrator Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of digital technologies and processes within the affiliate and more specifically for our future "integrated operations center". The role is highly transverse first at the affiliate level and next Company level (OT, TDF, TGITS, DSI) . In addition of providing a strong support to the IOC Project Manager, your role will encompass recommendations for design and technology integration.

    Activities:
    Assist the IOC Project Manager in defining the scope and objectives of the "integrated operating center" project

    o Designing and implementing an integrated solution that combines various data system providers such as instrumentation, control, and safety systems (ICSS), smart building (BMS) , sensors (IoT), CCTV... Integration with our DigitalTwin (Quantum) system is key.
    • Participate to the selection of our future 'Systems Integrator'.
    • Ensure the system to be able collecting data from different sources and formats, such as sensors, devices, ICSS systems, and external stakeholders, and providing a unified and user
    • -friendly interface for data visualization and analysis
    • Participate to recommendation to the network architecture for the project, such as how to connect the sensors and devices to each other, to the control centre, to the ICSS system, to the cloud platform, and to other stakeholders (SME based abroad).
    o Consider factors such as network topology, bandwidth requirements, latency issues, reliability levels, scalability options, and maintenance procedures. Ensuring reliable and secure data transmission from remote locations, especially in harsh environments where network connectivity and power supply may be unstable or limited
    • In collaboration with IT and Cyber Security entity, protecting data privacy and integrity from cyberattacks and unauthorized access, especially when using cloud services or third-party platforms
    • Participating with the different affiliate and projects stakeholders (engineering, production, security, safety, projects...) to select and configure the appropriate systems, components, and applications, such as sensors, valves, transmitters, controllers, actuators, etc., using open and standard industrial protocols, such as OPC, Modbus, HART, etc.
    • You will work closely with other engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and security of there mote monitoring centre.
    • Test and validate the functionality and performance of the system components for the project,
    • Participating in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities, and contribute to the highlight of expected benefits and outcomes of the project.
    • Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and innovations in the field of remote monitoring centre
    Context and environment
    • Implementation of a new operating affiliate in a new country with 4 different energy assets (Solar, Water, Oil, Gas)
    • Large complex multi segment projects run in parallel with very different drivers and timeline
    • Numerous stake holders, internally and externally.
    • New government currently being formed. O&G revenues constitute 95% of state budget.
    • Political Situation stability still uncertain and security vigilance protocol implemented
    Accountabilities
    As System Integrator Lead you will be accountable for collaborating to select the 'system integrator' partner which assist us in the execution and implementation of the 'integrated operating center. Participation to the recommendation of our system integrator and overseeing the implementation of the center are critical in maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within TEEPRH.

    Qualification/Experience required
    • University (MSc) or Engineering degree in new technology. 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas industry
    • Experience in O&G digital environment with a large ICSS, IT, Telecom skills and deep understanding of Field operation Has to be comfortable with company processes and O&G project governance
    • High capacity of influence
    • Must have good interpersonal skills, be able to communicate and listen effectively at all levels of management
    • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and is sensitive to different culture/custom
