Description

Responsibilities:

1.

ERP System Development:
Design, develop, and customize ERP software solutions based on business requirements.

2.

Customization and Configuration:
Customize ERP modules to meet specific organizational needs and configure software to optimize its performance.

3.

Integration:
Integrate ERP software with other systems or modules to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

4.

Coding and Scripting:
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages and scripting tools relevant to the ERP system

5.

Testing and Debugging:
Perform thorough testing of developed solutions, identify and resolve bugs or issues, and conduct system debugging as needed.

6.

Documentation:
Create technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and diagrams, to support system implementation and ongoing maintenance.

7.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery.

8.

Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system functionalities and assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

9.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

Conduct regular system maintenance, implement upgrades, and stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to enhance system performance and functionality.

10.

Security and Compliance:

Ensure the ERP system complies with security standards and regulatory requirements, implementing measures to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an ERP Developer or in a similar role, with expertise in developing and customizing ERP solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the specific ERP system (e.g.,Java, SQL, C#, etc.).
Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, database management, and integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders,

translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
