- Ensures all work follows safe workpractices and procedures
- Responds immediatelyto all work requests which concern Health andSafety
- Ensures environmentally friendlypractices are followed when handling solvents and finishingagents
- Responds to guest requests promptly in aprofessional and courteous manner
- Maintains andrepairs all civil, interior design, and FF&Efinishes
- Ensures the optimum condition andappearance all civil, interior design, and FF&E finishes byfollowing the preventive maintenanceprogram
- Evaluates and appropriately responds toequipment and area usage
- Completes all workorders with due diligence
- Maintains a daily logbook highlighting problems and solutions; as well as any otheractivities
- Maintain Civil/ID Works'shop drawings
- Maintain FF+E catalog andfinishes/colour directories
- Activelyparticipates in the monthly departmental meeting by providingfeedback and offering suggestions forimprovement
- Completes tasks as assigned by DutyEngineer/Assistant Chief Engineer/ChiefEngineer
- Maintains health and safetydocumentation and records for the assignedarea
- Reports and documents potential safetyhazards
- Participates as directed in theemergency response team
