Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Management this role plays a crucial part in the functioning of Bloom Plus Clinic.

As a GP you have a wider area of responsibility in developing an ongoing relationship with the patients, providing continual care and support whilst offering the initial medical care and referring the patients to specialists following the nature of the ailment.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Work as an initial touch point with the patients examining them, understanding and diagnosing treatments based on their histories, symptoms, etc Order tests, xrays, and diagnostic procedures as required.
  • Maintain record of vaccination and guide with vaccination based on the vaccination protocols of the assigned site.
  • Coordinate with the site medical facility and arrange the facility for regular inspection by the health authority.
  • Assist in incident investigations and near misses.
  • Provide daily medical guidance on staff health issues. Can perform minor surgeries/suturing
  • Ensure the privacy of the patient's interests and wellbeing at all times including patient confidentiality.
  • Share specialist clinical knowledge with colleagues and be involved in the delivery of ongoing training, education, and support of colleagues
  • Actively participate in identifying Health and Safety risk issues, coordinating with the clinic health team.
  • Access and ensure effective use of the language systems required for people with language or communication barriers.
  • Responsible and accountable for decisions made relating directly to patient care requirements, following clinical consultation and assessment.
  • Identify and respond to Life-Threatening cases and arrange appropriate Ambulance service with available medical facilities.
  • Advise HSE & Management for potential health risks of employees.
  • Ensure all arrangements for the patient to be further examined/treated by the particular care provider or hospitals, should onward referral be required.
  • Ensure highly personal, delicate, confidential reports are handled properly following existing protocols as per the DHA and internal policies and standards set.
  • Participates in regular formal and informal communications with team members and other members of the Health and Safety department.
  • Performs and maintains health and hygiene inspections.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary

Requirements:


  • Medical Degree with DHA Certification.
  • Successful completion of a 3year residency training program.
  • Registration with an appropriate health professions board.
  • Proven experience as a General Practitioner.
  • Wellversed in CPR, Using a defibrillator
  • Must be interested in research/current trends in medical practices
  • Can do Teleconsultation.
  • Adherence to health and ethical codes, including when under duress.
  • Attendance at medical conferences.
  • Personable, supportive disposition.
  • Strong ability to triage and multitask.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and grow relationships through exceptional management and project management skills.


  • Ideally multilinguistic

  • Tagalog/Arabic/Mandarin/Chinese/French/Hindi in addition to good communication skills in English.
  • Ability and experience working in a multicultural environment valuing cultural sentiments.
  • Great organisational skills.

Salary:
AED15, AED18,000.00 per month
