Description

• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Arabic.
• Greet and direct customers, friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Provide accurate information/ Have good product knowledge(e.g. product features, pricing and aftersales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems
• Negotiation and sales closing skills, "Go the extra mile" to drive sales.
• Territory and store management
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills.
• Prospecting and presentation skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Ability to perform in fastpaced environments and address complaints in a timely manner
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design)
• High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
