We are Hiring for
Inventory Controller to join our team.


Job Scope:

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of heavy machinery, equipment, and spare parts within the company.


Job Duties:


  • Receive, inspect, and store whatever is coming to be stored.
  • Regularly update and maintain inventory databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records for all heavy machinery, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Conduct routine physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies and ensure alignment between physical stock and recorded inventory levels.
  • Accurately identify, label, and store spare parts to facilitate efficient retrieval and ensure proper storage conditions
  • Implement inventory control measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss of inventory items
  • Conduct inspections of incoming inventory shipments to verify conformance to specifications and standards, documenting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Liaise with logistics providers to coordinate the receipt of inbound shipments, including heavy machinery, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Communicate effectively with all concerns to resolve transportation issues, track shipment status, and ensure ontime delivery of inventory items.

Qualifications:


Education:

Minimum Diploma or equivalent


Experience:


  • Proven at least 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a heavy machinery or manufacturing environment.

Other Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of heavy machinery spare parts, including knowledge of part numbers, specifications, and compatibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in inventory tracking and recordkeeping.

Pay:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
