Black & GreyHR is recruiting for a Leading provider of data centerinfrastructure services in Abu Dhabi UAE. The client is activelyseeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Managerto drive Data Center Solutions business. In this role he will beresponsible for managing existing core customers while activelypursuing new opportunities within the corporate and SME sectors.The primary focus will be on relationships. Management salesprospecting solution presentations negotiation and ensuringprofitability in line with management guidelines. OtherResponsibilities are
Manage existing core customers maintaining regular communicationand fostering strong relationships to drive repeatbusiness.
Identify and onboard newcustomers within the corporate and SME segments specificallytargeting Data Center solutions.
Participate in sales meetings both independently and as part of ateam.
Generate leads nurtureprospects and convert them into salesopportunities.
Negotiate winwin dealswith customers ensuring mutual satisfaction and longtermpartnerships.
Maintain profitabilityindex as per management guidelines adhering to pricing and margintargets.
Professionally document alldiscussions and correspondence viaemail.
Act as the primary interfacebetween clients operations team and financedepartment.
Propose customizedsolutions to clients based on their specific requirementsemphasizing value over productfeatures.
Continuously explore andrecommend new products and solutions that complement our existingofferings.
Requirements
Native Arabic speaker with fluency inEnglish.
Strong persuasionrapportbuilding and negotiationskills.
Demonstrated selling skillswith a focus on value rather than just productfeatures.
Excellent listening skillsand the ability to understand clientneeds.
Proficient in Microsoft Exceland PowerPoint.
Comfortable withinternet usage and data research.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles especiallyrelated to UPS CCU and Data Centerdesign.
