    • Communicates the processes tofollow in terms of booking quality and correct data input into thePMS, towards the reservation and front officeteam
    • Drive Market Share and Revenue Performancethrough proper pricing and mixmanagement.
    • Develop overall pricing strategy toinclude all market segments and distributionchannels
    • Provide guidance on corporatetransient negotiated pricing, group pricing for each group, andwholesale pricing
    • Ensure effective pricingstrategies are in place to reflect asset strength relative to thecompetition in each market
    • Ensure adherence tothe Sofitel Pricing Policies of Rational Pricing and compliance tothe Best Rate Guarantee (BRG)
    • Effectivelymanage and be in control of all inventory (transient, group,wholesale allotments and other) and pricing strategy in alldistribution channels including branded web, 3rd party sites, TARS,and the GDS
    • Provides relevant information andrecommendations to the Director of Sales and General Manager in thedecision-making process of promotion participation, offlinecontracts and pricing thereof
    • Closely monitorcompetitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricingdecisions on property performance
    • Produce allrelevant components of the Budget pertaining to RevenueManagement
    • Validate comp set RevPAR forecast bymonth to ensure effective soft spot calendarplanning
    • Identify and develop softparticipations/promotions and strategies
    • Leadthe DOS and the E-commerce Manager in participation in onlinestrategies
    • Understanding the 360-degree processin forecasting the revenue-basedstrategies
    • Provide complexity of mix businessby knowing pricing sensitivity and play a vital role in theF&B Revenue generation.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years experiences in a positionof direct responsibility for RevenueManagement
    • Highly developed revenue managementset of skills with excellent verbal and technologicalskills.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalentdiploma in Hotel Administration or BusinessAdministration.
    • Languages: fluent in Englishand an additional languagepreferable
